①Marketing (Marketing Chief position, 85% of the total work ratio）
・国内外の顧客から受注し、プロセスを管理する（受注、納期管理、問い合わせ対応、売上管理、納品、その他）
Receive orders from Japan, overseas or in Malaysia customers and manage the process
(Order receiving, order management, delivery date management, product explanation, response to inquiries, sales management work in cooperation with accounting, site visit (when required), and etc.)

・プロジェクトの提案：オフィスレイアウトの提案、原価計算、見積作成、受注管理、納期管理、打ち合わせに参加、などプロジェクトのかかわる業務すべて
Project proposal：Office layout proposal, cost accounting, quotation, order management, Delivery date management, participation in meetings, etc.

・最終顧客向け対応：問い合わせ窓口、商品説明、受注、納期管理、納品手配
Correspondence for end customers：Recieve Inquiry , product description, ordering, delivery date management, delivery arrangement etc

・新規事業開拓（能力に応じて）
New business development (depending on ability)

②QC division support (10% of the total work ratio)
・業務支援（翻訳、日本語対応他）
Business support (translation of documents, Japanese support, attend meeting etc.)

③Procurement division support(5% of the total work ratio)
・ロジスティクス対応、管理、日本語サポート
Logistics support from Japan, Japanese support, attend meeting etc

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓日本語堪能なマレーシア人女性の方
fluent in Japanese(N1 level)

✓社会人経験のある方（類似職種経験があれば尚よし）
preferably if you have experience in similar occupations
