- To conduct CMEs, user training and demonstration on companey products (ECG, PMS & TEC)
- To conduct internal (companey’s staff) and external (Distributors and end users) training as and when required
- To prepare educational presentation as to relate companey technologies and the hospital’s SOP which will be used for demo, presentation and training.
- To work closely with companey sales team for marketing activities
- To focus on producing educational materials such as presentation slides, quick guides, videos and etc.
- To work closely with companey product specialist on new product launched.
- To provide product’s information as and when contacted by distributors.
- To assist distributor/s and sales team in preparing project or tender configuration.

- To support distributors on product, clinical and application aspect for Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Papua New Guinea and Hong Kong.
- To monitor distributor’s marketing activities such as participation in conferences, workshop, CME anc etc
- To work closely with sales team in producing marketing materials which will assist our distributor in understanding our product from a marketing point of view – Target function for different care areas.
- Focus to establish KOL/spokesperson for our unique software
- Responsible to create launching activities for companey new products in 5 countries – Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Papua New Guinea and Hong Kong.
- To assist end user on publishing clinical papers related to companey unique technology.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

1) At least 5 years of working experience in medical equipment industry or healthcare institution.
2) Must have clinical experience in critical care areas such as ICU, CCU, NICU and etc
3) Willing to travel extensively
4) Diploma/Bachelor in Science or Medical Related field is a must.
