- Process customer's purchase orders and provide latest update status.

- Demand planning based on customers requirement and forecast.

- Manage customer's backlog and ensure on time delivery.

- Build rapport with customers and extend connections.

- Responsible for handling and understand the complaints or dissatisfaction of customer.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

- Possess a minimum of STPM or Diploma holder with relevant education back ground
.
- At least 2 years purchasing or customer service experience from electronics component industry.

- Able to multitask efficiently with minimal mistake.

- Detail oriented to ensure customer request will be met to achieve satisfaction.

- Well communication skill set of Bahasa Malaysia and English, Mandarin will be an added advantage
