・Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company objective.

・Be good in resolving employees issues up to amicable settlement

・Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

・Handling foreign workers and Immigration/KDN/MYEG/Embassy/JTK matters

・well-versed in handling employees from the very low level up to the top post and require as little supervision as
possible

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.

✓ Experience in educating and coaching staff.

✓ Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

✓ Language required: English, Bahasa Malayu
