- Design and implement external candidate marketing, proactive recruiting programs and processes that attract, select and retain a qualified and high performing workforce.
- Monitor training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees, including leadership/management development programs
- Conducts periodic salary review and submits recommendations where appropriate to Management to ensure that salaries paid by the Group remains competitive.
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates, as well as suggest and implement improvement suggestions.
- Continuous improvements of employer branding across platforms such as career fairs, websites, social media and LinkedIn.
- Continuously communicate with Head of Departments to enhance job descriptions of positions and vacancies within the organization charts
- Oversee and enhance the on-boarding process to ensure company culture and values are well communicated to all new joiners.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
- Possess at least Diploma HR, Business Administration or equivalent field
- Experience in handling and monitoring subordinate
- Knowledge or hands on experience dealing with Union and Retainment of employees.
- Hands on experience on building a database of market benchmarks of salaries through the process of interviewing targeted talent segments
- Knowledge of methods in designing job ads in order to recruit talent
- Knowledge of how to archive prospective talent's documents digitally
