- Supervise all production activities in the department, ensuring overall production operations and activities are carried out.


- To identify and implement continuous improvements, follow up and troubleshooting to the Company's production processes.

- To plan and control manpower / overtime / raw materials and parts usage in respective department.

- To emphasize the implementation of 5S and ISO requirement at Production / Manufacturing.

- To collaborate with Quality Department, identify and implement on-going quality improvements.

- To upgrade workers skill and knowledge through implementing training program.

- To plan preventive maintenance with Maintenance Section.

- To lead, guide and mentor supervisor and operator.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

- Possess with Engineering degree (Electrical)

- Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.

- Will also be considering for 1-2 years experiences candidates

- 100% physically be working in factory

- Knowledge in ISO is an advantage.

- Able to work under pressure.

- Able to speak fluent English.
