- Making list of targeted potential customers and profiling potential customers.

- Conduct cold call and meeting with new potential customers via online and offline.

- Provide sales strategies proposal and execute to win new potential customers.

- Proactively and creatively seeking for new opportunities to apply existing products into new application in Electronic Manufacturing Service market such as in Medical equipment, 5G related technology, Drone, and etc.

- Propose pricing strategies and pricing segmentation proposal to win market.

- Managing existing convertors and acquiring new convertors to grow the business.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Business Admin (Marketing)

- Minimum 2-3 years of sales executive experience

- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. Preferred mandarin speaker as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients

- Candidate with experience in Electronic Manufacturing Service Industry

- Candidate with Tape Industry (added advantage)

- Self-discipline and consistent

- Never give up attitude (persistent)

- Commitment to work

- Passionate and Hardworking

- Able to work hard consistently under less supervision
