・Review regularly on approved documents to ensure Chiefs’ delegations, departments’ process
flows / DOA / LOA/ / SOPs that relates to the Company’s M&A and A&A

・ Support on general Compliance enforcement and co-ordinate with Compliance Committee /
Chief Officers to enforce on areas related to Compliance matter

・ Conduct evaluation and assessment to identify weakness and remedy action on internal control

・Assist Manager to liaise on the Internal Control matter from the group of Company

・ Assist to conduct training and advisory on SOPs / Processes as well as to review on Risk
Management related matter.

・ Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Supervisor

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Degree in Accountancy / Business Administration or equivalent qualifications

✓Preferably to have exposure in internal audit, regulation or corporate secretary matters

✓2 years relevant working experience in an internal control or internal audit

✓Friendly and positive attitude in working with all levels
