1. To manage the entire marketing department.

2. To make sure all unit price for all customer’s orders are in order/follow the price list or quotation.

3. To manage marketing department personnel to Generate of sales orders, delivery orders and invoices for all customers.

4. Checking of margin analysis reports & monthly sales summary reports for all customer orders.

5. Follow-up with Production and Store Department on delivery orders.

6. Assist in the communication between HQ and Malaysia.

7. Visit consultants to promote the products.

8. Arrangement and handling of visitors to company.

9. Visit contractors / end users together with Distributors to promote the products.

10. Follow-up or remind Distributors for payments when due.

11. Follow-up with oversea enquiries on projects.

12. To analyze, prepare and present Marketing’s Department necessary reports as and when required.

13. To conduct or coordinate with technical personnel to conduct products presentation when required.

14. To manage internal personnel to apply Form D to MITI or CO to MICCI.

15. To ensure marketing personnel to follow OBM’s system for marketing document/reports.

16. To manage and train new marketing personnel to familiarize company’s System to prepare related marketing’s records/reports.

17. To make sales plan and follow up closely with the plan and to share the plan with Material Planner/Purchaser & production planning.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Basic knowledge have to know, priority know Japanese & English language with writing, secondly is Microsoft Office & computer knowledge, Third is manager have to know how to do reporting or budget report. Temporary no special requirement request from HQ
