Financial Reporting
• To prepare the monthly, quarterly and annual report

• To analyse the monthly financial result before submitting to the management

Cash Flow Management
• Monitor banking facilities and its utilisation Review Credit control system and its effectiveness

• Verify and approve the payment to suppliers

• Verify the payroll detail before salary payment (executive and above)

• Verify and approve the petty cash payment Prepare the monthly cash flow report

Management accounting
• Review Product costing (BOM) system and its effectiveness

• Budget control To lead and co-ordinate the preparation of Company budget

• Analysis the budget deviation

Financial accounting
• Maintain automated accounting instruction in PeopleSoft Create and review journal entries

• To review monthly accruals and provisions

• To review and back up monthly financial closing

Taxation
• Ensure tax compliance and tax planning assisted by tax agent

• Review of tax payable and provision required in financial statement

• Review deferred taxation and suggest provision

Others
• Provide financial advice to the management, e.g., investment appraisal

• Provide legal advice to management assisted by Lawyer

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Degree in Accounting or equivalent

✓the candidate must be fluent in Japanese in order to communicate with Japan HQ and CEO.
