• Able to design layout of equipment and workplace to achieve maximum productivity efficiency.

•Strong aptitude for root cause analysis and troubleshooting on process issues

•Able to determine root cause of failure with statistical methods and able to recommend changes to mechanical part designs, tolerance, and machining method.

•Able to apply continuous improvement methods such as lean manufacturing to safety, quality, and costing.

•Able to incorporate best practices in processes to improve existing operations with innovative solutions.

•Capability to analyze and resolve operations with innovative solutions.

•Able to initiate prompt action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformance relating to products

•Basic understanding on TPC activities

•Able to handle large group of manpower.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

•At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

•Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia
