1. To develop plans that improve quality, production, costs and labor.

2. To provide engineering support for production and review maintenance activity to ensure maximum production and quality standard achieve.

3. To investigate problems, analyze root cause and derive resolutions.

4.To develop process improvement to effectively utilize equipment and
materials to maximize production.

5. To ensure production operation follow designated SOP's and procedures during operation.

6. To follow up relevant production non-conformance issue and ensure
action is taken accordingly.

7. To ensure all technical data, method of production and specification are
communicate to all relevant departments.

8. To draw and confirm specification drawing to supplier for certain part / equipment.

9. Maintain good housekeeping and promoting safety awareness in the shop floor.

10. To carry out job assignment from time to time as assigned by production manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering background

2. Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing environment, preferably experience in lathing process.

3. Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal

4. Strong computer skills including MS Office and AutoCAD

5. Initiative, motivated, sense of urgency and committed, able to work independently.

6. Positive attitude, team player & leadership.

7. Good analytical skill (graph, chart, data processing, observing trend change).

8. Exposure to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
