Fix allowances : Transport expense benefit (which is depends on the distance from house to work)
JOB DETAILJob Details
・ Monthly payroll processing – including overtime calculation, statutory report submission etc.
・Create and maintain employee database in system; Upkeep of employees’ personal files
・Liaise with relevance government agencies (EPF, SOCSO, IRB etc)
・Conduct proper exit clearance for resigned employees
・Register and manage medical card and reimbursement claim
・Attendance monitoring and leave management
・Review and update HR policies where necessary
・Prepare various HR letters and reports (e.g. manpower report etc)
・Taking minutes in management meeting
・Assist in organizing staff events or activities
・Provide information and assistance to employees on HR related issues.
Other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓At least Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or any equivalent
✓Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field
✓Preferably executive specializing in payroll and compensation & benefits
✓Good knowledge of Employment Act 1955
✓Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
✓Able to work independently, multi-tasking and detailed oriented.
