・ Take charge in purchase and sales of product services to current / potential customers.

・ Making quotation and negotiating on the pricing issues with customers and suppliers.

・ Attend business meetings to build and maintain relationship with customers.

・ Conduct meeting which includes discussion with customers; or other sales office; or internal process facilitation.

・ Follow up with customer or supplier regarding import and export of product shipments

・ Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery with customer and supplier for domestic and international customer / supplier.

・ Follow up and ensure all collection and payment are in order and to ensure there is no outstanding and report to superior.

・ Manage Credit Limits for relevant customers, report to superior if credit limit has been reached.

・ Managing stock level and checking on the warehouses.

・ Perform any other duties / task assigned by superior.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University / College.

✓ Preferably 1 – 2 years of working experience, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

✓ Business level (Speaking / Listening / Written) of English.

✓Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

✓ Highly self-motivated and able to work independently.

✓ Possess own vehicle and willing to work at a flexible schedule
