・ Provide administrative support to Sales Team.
・Example ( 1 ) Source for Local Vendors/Suppliers.
・ Example ( 2 ) Create quotation to Customers thru UBS Billing System or in Excel format.
・Example ( 3 ) Calculate estimate gross margin(profit) thru fomulae template.
・ Generate sales invoice/delivery order to customers and purchase order to vendor/suppliers.
・Liaisewith local forwarders ongoods delivery to customers / shipment arrangement from
overseas including preparation and compilation of logistics documentation
・Ad-Hoc tasks assigned by Management.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
・Microsoft (Excel/Word), Microsoft Office 365
・At least 2 years in the related field is required and works INDEPENDENTLY *
・English, Mandarin, Chinese Dialects & Bahasa Malaysia
・At least SPM or Equivalent
