・Overseeing technical projects, solve real-work technology challenges in alignment with organizational goals

・Working in synergies with all depts. internally and external customers to find solutions to manage business activities
and to evaluate new technologies for competitive advantage.

・Supervising, to develop the learning & growth of a team of members, while working closely with management,
external vendors and advisors.

・Preparing financial budgets and presenting proposals for capital projects to management annually.

・Analyze workflows, benchmarking, recommending and leading efforts to improve internal operating & IT processes,
dealers business system.

・Review existing dept. structure, roles & functions; to expand as required to support organizational growth &
delegate goals

・Manage internal and external/3rd party vendor, communication, contracts, project delivery and operations

・Identify and recommend new IT technologies and solutions to keep updated with the current IT landscape

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Bachelor’s degree and extensive IT experience; master’s degree will be an added advantage

✓At least 5 years (preferably 10 years) of related & in depth specialization in IT Management, coursework may
include management information systems, database management technology, global information management and
organizational behavior.

✓ Experienced in leading team with project planning and management skills.

✓ Ability to partner, engage and influence the management

✓ Directly involved in new development of IT Systems, enhancement project or project management related to IT
systems

✓ Understanding of System Applications such as DMS (Cold Fusion) and AX Programming language (X++, C#)
