• To ensure all equipment and machines are well maintain. Arrange maintenance follow schedule and update
maintenance record timely.

• To ensure that the machines run effectively with minimum breakdown and maintain it regularly.

• To ensure productivity is high with minimum wastage.

• To be in charge of workers performance by lead, organize, supervise and follow up on their job assigned.

• To ensure that the workers understand the job well & carry out job comply with all safety requirements.

• To provide on the job training regularly for the workers.

• Every month end, to check and confirm the following monthly production planning schedule which is prepare by
planning section.

• To prepare daily / monthly production report to Management

• Stock Control (Stone, chute part, Bow Plate, Carrier, etc)

• Ensure workplace in well maintained in 5S

• To carry out any other assignment as and when required by the superior.

• To monitor the discipline and performance of the workers.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Manufacturing or related Engineering field

• Able to lead a team of production technician, line leaders and strive to achieve company objectives.

• Knowledge in process control, products quality, maintenance skill and adequate supervisory skill.

• Able to communicate well with superior and subordinates.

• Good problem solving and analytical skill.

• Able to work in long hour and work independently with minimum supervision.
