(1) Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team, to do the business development and explore new market.

(2) Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.

(3) Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

(4) Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

(5) Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

(6) Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

(1) Familiar with the industrial market and have ready connections in the industry.

(2) Possess good interpersonal and communication, analytical and negotiation skills.

(3) Computer-literate and familiar in Microsoft Office applications.

(4) Self-motivated, independent, aggressive and result orientated.

(5) Needs to speak Business level English, Malay and Chinese
