・Process request from Global Parts and Logistics Division (GPLD) such as inbound request, cut bound request, export request and accounts payable input request.

・Follow up on delivery status, returning of documents on delivery to customers, preparations of export shipping documents and raising of billing request.

・Checking and monitoring of warehouse management system and West system interface status (successfulness).

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ General degree holder

✓ Fresh graduate will be considered.

✓ Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English

✓ Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)

✓ Knowledge in basic business and logistic flows for transactions in trading house will be added an advantage.
