・To ensure material purchase quantity are at its required level

・To expedite and control material delivery schedule

・To input all receiving document data into the record

・To perform document in filing system

・To update new quotation of supplier list

・To do recording of all received material documents and reporting

・To ensure smooth flow of material supply for production usage

・To raise & generate purchase order

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Applicants must have at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in related discipline.

✓Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin

✓Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with vendor / supplier from China.

✓Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

✓At least more than three years’ experience in purchasing.

✓Proper time management and able to meet datelines.

✓Able to work independently.

✓A well-organized individual, self-starter, result-oriented, thorough with strong interpersonal skills.
