- Deliver excellent customer service and manage needs of customers through phone and emails.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery arrangements until customers’ doorsteps.
- Report to Customer Service HOS and (or) Sales Manager.
- Perform office-based administrative duties whenever required by supervisor.
- Be initiatives on resolving issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues, documentations issues, pricing/invoices queries etc.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
✓Minimum 2-3 years of sales coordinator experience.
✓Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia. Preferred mandarin speaker as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
✓Good computer skills (MS Office) is required.
✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
✓Good organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
✓Have experience of sales data compilation and budget.
✓Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
