JOB DETAILJob Details

• Support in the maintenance of sales record and customer database

• Support the collation of data and generation of information for analysis and management reporting

• Manage and maintain Active Directory account & Microsoft Office 365

• Maintain the servers, office network, office telecommunication devices such as telephony/staff company
handphone/keyphone system/TV conference system, projector, photocopier and IT infrastructure of the company

• Perform software and hardware installation and configuration, PC/Server maintenance

• Provide first-hand technical support and troubleshooting to resolve IT issues encounter by users both locally and in overseas subsidiary

• Liaise with vendors on all hardware & software procurement

• Maintain proper documentation and record of system, hardware & software

• Work closely with Japan Headquarters on issues with in-house system and IT projects

• Design and implement (RPA/Macro/Scripting/Power Automate) for data/task automation.

• An information security representative such as dealing with information security accidents, handling of information devices, technical control of confidential information

• Provide first-hand technical support/on site when company electricity failure/power trip.

• Business Continuity planning in relating to IT infrastructure.

• Liaise with local IT vendor, telecommunication operators such as TM, TIME, Celcom & Digi.

• Support on all IT related agreement/contract renewal/new proposal.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Diploma / Degree in Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent

• At least 3 years in servers / network environment

• Excellent Access, Excel and VBA programming skills is a must

• Experience in system implementation / migration will be an advantage

• Experience in (RPA(UiPath)/Power Automate) will be an advantage

• Basic SharePoint exposure is preferable

• Possess strong analytical, communication and multi-tasking skills

• Able to interact and work with people at all levels
