-Opening Staff for Sushi restaurant & Sushi retail sales corner at Japanese Department store.
-To assist Japanese Chef for Sushi preparation at the counter and kitchen.
-Responsible for the hygiene of the kitchen and have to clean so the kitchen remains clean
-Report to the Japanese chef or Retail Manger.
-Required to clean all the equipment that is used in the kitchen.

-Proven experience in Sushi restaurant
