・PL Creation: Preparing profit and loss planning sheets

・BS Creation: Preparing balance sheets

・Cash Flow Management: Adjusting and managing overall company cash flow

・Fundraising/Capital Increase: Managing cash flow and capital raising tasks (including all types of capital increases) using cash flow statements

・Collaboration with Accounting Department: Conducting third-party checks of accounting operations and providing mutual support for tasks

・Audit Support: Handling audits from affiliated accounting firms (in cooperation with the accounting department)

・Impairment Processing: Analyzing unprofitable stores and conducting appropriate impairment treatments

・Regular Reporting to the Japanese Parent Company: Reporting, coordinating, and aligning the above tasks with the parent company

・General Cash Management: Overseeing petty cash and ensuring appropriate use of company funds

・Training and Managing Subordinates

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Someone with a total of 8 or more years of practical experience in accounting/finance

✓ Has experience in leading team. People management skill

✓ Candidate who willing to work for startup company
