1). Business planning for vehicle sales

To prepare Mid-term & annual business plan for discussion with management

- Analysis of Macro economy, Truck & Bus market, market share by area, etc

- SWOT analysis

2) Marketing plan and implementation

Create customer-oriented campaign / promotional activities for reaching customers and generating sales leads

Develop and implement incentive scheme

Initiate digital marketing strategy by using SNS and E-commerce platform

3) Monthly Supply & Demand management

Manage new vehicle supply plan by analyzing monthly market and Hino sales movement.

Sales pipeline management (Inquiry, quotation, booking, PO, vehicle hand-over etc)

4) Monthly sales plan and progress management

Monthly sales result and marketing activity review and implement PDCA cycle together with Sales team.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Passion and Challenge spirit for automotive marketing and business planning and a person who want to make a Malaysia a better country to live through company business.

• Honest and sincere personality. Having teamwork mindset and respect diversity of people.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Business Studies / Administration / Management / Commerce or equivalent.

• Minimum three (3) years of hands-on experience in Automotive Sales or Marketing field.

• Great knowledge in MS office, especially Excel & Power point to analyze big data and present marketing strategy & business plan to management

• Self-discipline and able to work under pressure.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities under the rapid changing automotive industry.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel.

• Innovative and willingness to make changes for improvements.
