Executive – Prime Mover Sales, Corporate Sales Section
Proactively promote and sell Prime Movers contributing to profitable growth of company. Focusing on new Prime Mover sales and responsibility for the customers in a territory.
Salesperson shall be able to handle most solution sales deals, achieve by approaching new customers and developing the existing. Focus on the customer, understanding their needs and provide Hino Total Support Solution to the customer to uphold positive brand image.
a. Find new prospect: -
• Identify new potential customers.
• Create and develop customer base.
• Keep in touch with customers, starts to build relationship.
• Track of customer fleet’s requirement and purchase timing.
• Keep customer updated with Hino product and sales package information.
• Keep updated with competitors’ product information and activities.
• Proactive in campaigns/ customer events, fairs, etc.
b. Approaching customer: -
• Data mining, analyze customer list and set target customers.
• Prepare customer visiting plan and contacts.
• Contact customers, make appointment and visit customer.
• Understand customers’ business, operation and needs.
• Identify customer needs and evaluate the possibilities to get deal.
• Update customer information in data base.
• Follow up customer contact.
• Increase the customer touch by actively contacting with them.
• Build and maintain relationship with the customers.
c. Prepare proposal & quotation: -
• Verify customers’ needs, work out best offer for vehicle and services as one package.
• Present, communicate and negotiate with customer.
• Follow-up on the quotation and convince customer.
d. Finalizing Deal: -
• Ensure compliance to Company Vehicle Sales & Purchase agreement term & conditions.
• Estimate vehicle delivery date were informed to customer upon purchase.
• Payment term and mode were discussed.
• Conduct win-loss analysis to find out why the prospect bought Hino product or why they did not, share experience and thought.
e. Vehicle handover: -
• Vehicle handover to the customer according to Company Vehicle Handover SOP.
• Follow up customer satisfaction after delivery.
• Always become window person for the customer for Company vehicles product & services.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
• Passion and Challenge spirit for automotive sales and marketing and a person who want to make Malaysia a better country to live through Company business.
• Honest and sincere personality. Having teamwork mindset and respect diversity of people.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management / Commerce or equivalent.
• Minimum two (2) years of hands-on experience in Prime Mover Sales or Marketing field.
• Self-discipline and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities under the rapid changing automotive industry.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Innovative and willingness to make changes for improvements.
• A person with growth mindset. Starting from Prime Mover Sales executive, company may consider job rotation after a few years’ experience to develop your career as Automotive Specialist.
