1. To ensure safest route for all destinations.

2. To ensure vehicle is well maintained and meet all safety requirements.

3. Operate assigned vehicles in safe and courteous manner.

4. Upkeep the cleanliness of the car on a daily basis.

5. Scheduling and dispatch for daily tasks at hand to the location timely and accurately.

6. Attending to banking matters.

7. Despatch and collect all office related documents, forms, items etc.

8. Payments bill, government statutory and etc.

9. Maintain accurate and up to date record of assignment for dispatch duties.

10. To perform other assignments as and when required.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

1.Possess at least a SPM or equivalent.

2. Minimum 2 years working experience as drive to top management.

3. Possess a valid driving license with excellent and safe driving skills.

4. Familiar with the routes within the Klang Valley.

5. Good conduct, responsible, self-motivated and pleasant looking.

6. Hardworking, trustworthy and efficient in handling the job.

7. Good working attitude – punctuality is important.

8. Able read & write with simple Bahasa Malaysia & English.

9. Able to work long hours, and on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays, if required.
