• Manage the overall supply chain with various vendors both domestic and foreign including
optimum inventory levels and minimal backlogs
• Set up, manage and maintain the overall supply chain with both new and pre-existing domestic
vendors
• Support in various project-based expansion activities, enhancing the company’s market
competitiveness
• Manage ongoing cost-saving activities related to overseas vendors through FTAs and EPAs
• Support in preparations for both new and phased-out models including parts setup, initial stock
ordering, parts localization and consistent Aftersales supply
• Support in parts information update and any system-related improvement projects including
dissemination of information to various internal & external parties
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
• Degree in Management, Business Administration, Inventory Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in inventory management or related fields within
automotive industry at HQ or distributor/franchise level
• Strong grit, mature, team player, able to communicate clearly and genuinely
• Able to work independently with tight deadlines and long working hours, and show
initiative/ownership over given tasks/workload
• Able to show competency in critical thinking, problem-solving and administrative management
• Being highly committed, result orientated and advanced-level user of MS Office (Excel, Word,
PowerPoint) is expected
• Must possess excellent command in both oral and written English and Malay
