・Support semiconductor machine after-sales service which include attending service call (24/7 standby), supporting preventive maintenance & installation.

・Support other machinery equipment activities that are under MAS department

・Support administrative work that is related to the servicing job (Such as assisting in preparing quotation, parts order etc)

・Communicating & provide advice to customer request and/or queries

・Provide technical training to customer

・Promote after sales item, solution business and matching project to customer

・Any other duties as and when assigned by the Service Manager or GM of the department

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Preferably an incumbent with a Bachelor degree in the engineering field. However, incumbent with diploma equivalent qualification and who has at least 3-4 years of engineering work experience related to SEMICONDUCTOR INDUSTRIAL can be considered

✓Incumbent with engineering experience in a semi-conductor process environment will be advantageous

✓Incumbent is comfortable with problem-based situation, equipped with problem solving skills and capable of handling sudden situations

✓Ability to work independently as well as in a team

✓Possess good communication & interpersonal skills

✓Ability to travel frequently and on short notice
