Undertake administrative duties in a positive manner to ensure prompt and efficient
support to the company.


CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

★Administration (30%)

Office utensil / grocery / stationery

Company car park

Company insurance yearly renewal & insurance claim

Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) yearly renewal

Office Door system- update staff attendance

Reporting: Staff Attendance Report (monthly)

Check Staff Claim

IT Related Matter

Telecom Related Matter

Filing Contract and so on



★Sales Support (10%)

Quotation (Monthly, Quarterly, Sony Price, DAIKIN Price, LME & TTS from 21M to
20M)

Sample & Quotation request tracker update


★Logistic Support (10%)

Sales & Purchase documents filling

Arrange courier and post document and parcel

Issue PT RLC (warehouse) Invoice & DO

Checking Purchase Invoice & DO with GRN

Backup on arrange local & oversea shipment, when other logistics absent


★Account Support (30%)

Update AR receiving payment

Issue Debit Note & Credit Note

Send monthly Statement of Account to customer

Follow up overdue customer payment

Reporting: Update Debtor Aging report (weekly), Sales Report (monthly), Solder

Statistics Report (monthly)


★Account (Backup) (20%)

Posting AP -Supplier & Forwarder Invoice

Checking Forwarder Invoice charges

Arrange payment online and create payment voucher

Staff claim

Petty cash

Prepare Withholding Tax payment by cheque and arrange GDEX courier to LHDN
(monthly)

Closing Account: pass Journal, generate Financial Report (system)

Reporting: Country Sales Report (monthly), Sales Margin Report (monthly), Royalty Report (monthly), Cash Flow (weekly)

Performs any other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

1. At least SPM

2. At least 3 years’ relevant experience

3. Computer literate; can use the office software such as MS Words, Excel, Access, etc.

4. Previous experience in administrative and accounting functions.
