・Responsible for directing and coordinating all activities of aftersales sector under the brand.

・Establish and maintain efficient process for After-Sales Management implementation.

・Develop, implement and maintain resources, systems and processes to provide technical support to distributor, dealers and fleet operators for critical & product liability cases, to escalate resolution with the ultimate goal to achieve consistently high customer satisfaction in local market.

・Ensure customer complaints and feedbacks are managed and resolved, aiming at high customer satisfaction & sustainable resolution.

・Management of warranty operations, policy, auditing and warranty parts inspection within the region, including deployment of controlling & correctives measures necessary based on the development warranty cost and occurrences.

・Develop the service network throughout the Region, establishing new service points where necessary

・Improve efficiency and service level of workshops, up to global brand standards.

・Improve on parts availability and inventory turnaround.

・Design and Implement business strategies, plans and procedures.

・Set Comprehensive goals for performance and growth.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

✓Good understanding of after-sales operations, processes and organizations.

✓Experience in development of a service network.

✓Experience of setting and communicating goals absorbed and accepted by the organization.

✓Proven leadership skills in Dealer and Service Environment

✓Senior leadership position.

✓Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
