JOB DETAILJob Details

・Liaise with customer on the status of orders.

・Follow up on urgent deliveries for customer.

・Follow up customer's overdue payment.

・Supervise Sales Clerk and Delivery Clerk.

・Additional responsibilities are fulfil the jobs given by Superior.

・Carry out monthly stock check for finished goods.

・To ensure ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016 Management System procedures and activities are implemented and adhered to effectively.

・Act on behalf of Sales Executive during his absence.

・Authorized to sign Customer's Orders and Cancellation Orders.

・Authorized to sign Sales documents( such as Invoice, Delivery Orders and others).

・Handle of customer verbal order.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

✓At least one years of related experience.

✓Basic computer knowledge.

✓Willing to learn attitude and good personality

✓Required language(s): English, Japanese ( minimum JLPT N3)
