JOB DETAILJob Details

・Manage daily site operation and overseeing all site issue matters.

・Responsible to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues at side.

・Responsible to supervise, inspection and monitor construction sites progress and quality, regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

・ Responsible to coordinate with multiple parties not limited to design consultants/engineers, clients’ project representatives, statutory / authority agencies etc. for the establishment of the design/construction deliverables requirements for submission

・Site coordination and manage subcontractors’ work progress, drawings, material, samples, method statement submission, and approval, to ensure quality and timely completion

・Any other related matter as and when assigned by the project manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Construction Management, Building Construction, Architecture or equivalent.

✓ Construction site experience of 5years or more (Electrical construction work) for Site Supervisor

✓Able to supervise, coordinate and work with site workers.

✓Exposure in Industrial construction will be added advantage.
