・Responsible inspecting and monitor construction sites progress and quality, regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

・ Responsible to coordinate with multiple project representatives, statutory / authority agencies etc. for the establishment of the design/construction deliverables requirements for submission

・Liaise with client’s representatives for all necessary services diversion/removal, technical issues, all necessary certificates, documents, as-built drawings, etc for CSC and final handing over

・Assist the procurement/operation team by providing all necessary technical input to facilitate the award of procurement/subcontract packages

・Attend to technical clarifications as and when required to address technical issues and establish method statements

・Site coordination and manage subcontractors’ work progress, drawings, material, samples, method statement submission, and approval, to ensure quality and timely completion

・Any other related matter as and when assigned by the project manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Construction Management, Building Construction, Architecture or equivalent.

✓ Construction site experience of 5years or more (Electrical construction work) for Site Engineer

✓Able to supervise, coordinate and work with site workers.

✓Exposure in Industrial construction will be added advantage.
