・To monitor and control the factory machine, equipment, process flow and building to enable smooth operation

[Facilities Management]

1. Schedule operations of plant equipment, utilities and systems.

2. Upkeep equipment / machineries in optimum and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned
downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.

3. Communicate regularly with superiors on on-going job relating matters / issues and reporting to them immediately should there be any abnormal situations arises.

4. Assist in organizing job for Production Engineering Staff. This includes planning, assign, organize for daily task and supervise.

5. Communicates regularly with all maintenance technicians, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues.

6. Maintains and assist in enforcement of safety for all maintenance department, review safety record to uphold standards of maximum safety for all maintenance technicians.

7. Draft of maintenance schedule for all machines in the plant and ensure that the preventive maintenance is carried out as scheduled.

8. Assist in coordinating activities with Plant Operation Departments and contractors.

9. To assist the management in the development of the FSMS plan and to validate the effectiveness of the established plan. To maintain and review the FSMS plan.

10. Oversee repair of damaged machineries as and when necessary.

[Planning of Facilities / Machineries]

1. Assist with planning and implementing plant improvements and expansions.
2. Plan for machineries expansion / investment.

3. Discuss and negotiate as well as attend to new machineries installation.

[Improve efficiency / Guide on Engineering Issues]

1. Train, equip and motivate subordinate to ensure accomplishment of maintenance program in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner.

2. Ensure that all maintenance technicians are trained on the most updated version of the operating procedures.

Additional Responsibilities:
1. Other responsibilities as assigned by his/her superior in his/her department.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Preferable candidates with WWTP license, Chargeman or Boiler

✓Education: Degree holder from Japanese University.

✓Qualification: Mechatronics Engineering

✓ Min 5 years in the Engineering field with factory / manufacturing


[Abilities ]

• Independent, resourceful, can work under pressure with minimum supervision etc.

• Can work long hours and willing to travel

▪ Working conditions / Physical requirement :

• Work in highly hot and cold area -18 degree Cel. ~ +45 degree Cel.

• Work in high places more than 20 feet.
