・Provide full support to HR & Administrative related duties
・Update & maintain employee records
・Monthly payroll data checking & processing
・Review & update HR or any other related policies
・Handle recruitment and manpower planning
・Assist in data collation for any statistical purposes
・To remain updated on Employment Act
・Other ad-hoc HR & Administrative duties
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Minimum Diploma level with 3-4 years of experience in HR (Payroll, EA, Recruitment) / Administration or other relevant professional certificates
✓Proficient in Microsoft office
✓Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure and independently
✓Good interpersonal and communication skills
