・Process day-to-day purchasing and inventory planning activities.

・Placing purchase orders and expediting timeously, follow-up with suppliers for confirmation of orders, including order amendments and co-ordinate with Finance for payment.

・Preparation of forecasts for budgetary planning with respective departments/divisions.

・Purchasing of products based on forecast/actual sales/inventory level.

・Products COG monitoring and analyzation.

・Monitoring on products COG and analyze on ways to lower down product COG.

・Ensuring pricing master is up to date and communicated with management if any price changes take place

・Problem solving, investigating and resolving queries promptly and effectively.

・Liaise closely with principles, freight forwarding agency and third party logistic and supply chain service providers to ensure the shipment ETA, sufficient inventory and etc.

・Produce various report such as inventory report, shipment report and budgeting report for management.

・Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Division to establish agility and good inventory control.

・Work closely with other departments to achieve operational efficiencies. Participate in process improvement initiatives & workflow for streamlining.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.

✓At least 3 years of working experience in procurement management within a fast paced and highly competitive business environment.

✓Experience within FMCG industry would be a plus.

✓Detailed oriented with proven capability in managing multiple completing priorities simultaneously.

✓Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments and is well adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.

✓Results oriented, self-motivating and strong negotiation skills.

✓Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation.

✓Logistics and export procedures experience would be an added advantage.
