・Responsible for secretarial & administrative matters, corporate communication, office assets & facilities, expatriates’ accommodation, telecommunication, company vehicles and transportation.
・Plan and oversee driver’s schedule and daily tasks.
・Prepare reports and assist in budgeting relating to corporate affairs and administration.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓Candidate must possess at least Diploma or higher qualification in Business Studies, Administration, Secretarial or equivalent.
✓At least 3 to 5 years of working experiences in the related field are required for this position.
✓Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training and/or Japanese language would be added advantage.
✓Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
✓High capability in follow-ups and exceptional interpersonal skills.
✓Able to multitask, resourceful & proactive with good common sense and sense of urgency.
