• Strong Operational in running the Public Cloud Providers (Azure & AWS ) and Microsoft/Office 365 across a portfolio of services

• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills; ability to identify patterns and generate informed ideas

• Hands on working across BAU and project workload supporting a variety of platforms

• Lead and manage/assist incident/service request/problem raised & collaboration with other team/Vendor and work together to resolve issue.

• Ability and willingness to proactively accept and drive change to accomplish positive collective outcomes

• To lead and manage cloud infrastructure project and act as Technical Project Manager when require

• General understanding of standard IT security concepts as they relate to production environments

• Assist in compiling and producing reports on monthly issues to facilitate the enhancement of security and support management

• Review & ensure Cybersecurity compliance (eg. Baseline hardening, patching, firmware upgrade, protection & etc)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Minimum of 8-10 years IT experience, at least 7 years of IT Infrastructure & 3 years of Cloud experience

• Strong ability to quickly learn new processes and technologies, and to adapt to changes in sequences and timelines

• Strong communication skills, including written and verbal, and ability to work off hours when needed

• Strong multitasking skills to be able to effectively manage multiple activities, including cross-team dependent activities simultaneously

• Strong ability to work effectively in collaboration with other members of a team or/and other professionals with minimal supervision

• Ability and willingness to proactively accept and drive change to accomplish positive collective outcomes
