• To carry out areas of responsibility for business processing, i.e., contract creation, documentation, monetary transactions, compliance-related processes, troubleshooting, and so forth, for the export and offshore shipment of related business.

• To foster and maintain good communication and relationship with suppliers, customers, stakeholders and forwarders, while processing good negotiation skill.

• To comply with internal regulations and company policies, and to observe submission of reports on a timely basis.

• To handle credit line matters.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business or equivalent.

• Good academic result.

• A candidate with at least 5 years of working experience (export/off shore/import) in industrial products and/or chemical/plastic industries including the processing of contracts is preferable.

• Has enough experience/strength to cooperate/negotiate with suppliers, customers, and forwarders.

• Possess good knowledge in trading.

• Proficient in spoken and written in English.

• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point.

• Possess an ethical mind, positive attitude, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.

• Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen.
