・ Provide a highly professional and wide-ranging Personal Assistance and administration support service to the Managing Director.
・Closely manage and coordinate day-to-day activities for the Managing Director including calendar management, business appointments and client meetings.
・Compose and prepare correspondence and presentations, compile documents for meetings.
・Arrange personal / business trips including flight booking, hotel accommodation, visa, passport, travel itinerary and other ground arrangements.
・Ensure the decisions and instructions by the Director are properly carried out and communicated.
・Maintain strict confidentiality in matters related to the Director and Company at all times.
・Undertaking other special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when required.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired
✓ Candidate must obtained in Diploma or Degree in any field.
✓ Candidate must be able to speak fluent Japanese, at least JLPT N2 and above.
