・Assist senior executive on preparing reports, such as inventory report, section meeting report, business meeting report, etc.

・Warehouse planning and operation, such as safety at warehouse, packing and delivery, coordination, request and arrange forklift.

・In-charge to check spare part store operation: receiving, storing, issuing and recording.

・Check and verify loading, stuffing and delivery operation and related documents.

・Any other tasks or duties as to be assigned by HOD.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Distribution or equivalent.

✓At least two years working experience.

✓Good in using Excel, Word and Power Point

✓Possess own transport.
