・Business Development including Merger & Acquisition (M&A) in Technology Media & Telecom (TMT) area

・Coordinate and communicate with internal resources and external stakeholders for the execution of projects or M&A.

・Conduct due diligence reviews or research together with internal team on potential business opportunities.

・Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, and/or partnerships.

・Support growth of existing business in Malaysia and other Asia & Oceania countries.

・Assist in any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Candidate must have at least a Degree in any fields

✓Minimum 3 years of experience in sales & marketing/business development

✓Possess basic understanding of profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow.

✓Possess the ability to research, analyze and provide insights on industry trends and current markets of TMT Technology, Media and Telecom.

✓Experience in mobile carrier (Maxis & Celcom), especially for enterprise division)

✓Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English - Good in both Speaking and Writing
