・Establish good network with relevant parties to get latest property information to Management

・Develop properties according to company business planning

・Prepare presentation result of Market research and property search

・in charge of document for tenancy agreement, (maintenance, execution, checking agreement, negotiation)

・Negotiation with Tenant owner to get suitable suitable condition for company

・Handing existing tenancy agreement renewal and all the communication with tenant owner

・Any Hd-Hoc matter by director or CEO

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓2 years or more experience related to real estate or property development

✓Familiar with Local property markets, characteristic every area in Malaysia

✓Good commination & negotiation skills, meet Management requirement

✓ Speedy action, self-motivated, plan well in advance

✓Complete task on time
