• To perform and organize the general administrative duties including attending to stakeholder's inquiries.

• To communicate with internal and external stakeholders and conduct administrative arrangement punctually and accurately.

• To coordinate and handle documentation of the import and export businesses for palm oils products and cacao products, sugar, dairy, shrimp and so on.

• In-charges of issuance and checking of contract, arrangement of shipping documents with suppliers and customers.

• To assist in SAP/MUGEN system data entry for payment/reimbursement and business plan reporting.

• To record and monitor functions by following the internal rule and guideline.

• To support market research for Wellness, ICT & Development industries.

• To assist traders to smoothen the businesses.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business or equivalent.

• Good academic result.

• Candidate with knowledge in SAP system will be an added advantage.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• Responsible and meticulous with good working attitude and sense of team work.

• Possess an ethical mind, positive attitude, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills

• Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience.

• Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen.
