・Ensure that designs meet user requirements with regards to cost limits and time scales.

・Develop mechanical and electrical drawings and schedules, with drawings sets including preliminary, schematic, general arrangement, and detailed design tender and construction drawings.

・Prepare technical specifications and schedules and design development reports.

・Review shop drawings for contractor compliance to design and engineering; Provide value-added designs for clients.

・Comply with all relevant policy, standards and statutory legislation including quality management, customer services and equal opportunities.

・Carry out site surveys to identify needs and requirements and make recommendations as necessary.

・Co-ordinate with clients, other professions and members of the senior projects team.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Qualified to Degree or master’s level in Mechanical/Electrical or Building Services Engineering.

✓Strong design background having worked within a design Consultancy environment.

✓Must have designed within the Data centre sectors/Manufacturing/Building

✓Good drafting capability with AutoCAD and/or MEP. Look into contractual design and value engineering for M&E projects.

✓Good technical, organizational, coordination, and communication skills, as demonstrated through previous projects.

✓Can self-manage, solve complex problems, and put new innovative ideas in to practice
