・Engage with customer and data center solution architect, analyze customer requirement on data center facility solution.

・Oversee data center facility civil work design, output: structure and foundation design, structure load calculation, procurement BoQ, cost budgeting etc.

・Corporate with procurement department to sourcing civil work subcontractor, subcontractor clarification and negotiation.

・Identify and manage data center civil work technical risks.

・Data center cost analysis, such as manpower and subcontractor cost

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓At 5+ years’ experience in building civil work structure and foundation design and implementation.

✓Steel structure building and foundation design and implementation experience is preferred.

✓Excellent communication and presentation skill in English.
