• Sell the medical assistant service to Japanese client in Malaysia

• Explain and assistant service to our Japanese client in Malaysia

• Keep the good relationship with our affiliated hospital in Malaysia.

• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately

• Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.

• Gathering market and customer information

• Conduct product training

• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationship

• Identify each potential customer’s needs

• Perform ad hoc and general duties as assigned by management

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

• Candidate must be able to speak communication level of English.

• Willing to travel within Klang Valley area.

• Good in presentation skill.
