・Make sure the delivery of materials are on time to our sub-con or factories base on their requirement.

・Supply the material to sub-con, buy back with correct quantity and price to factories.

・Listen to Panasonic factories voice and review data to find opportunities for improvements, set mutually agreeable targets and accomplish them.

・Can work independently with and make min adjustment on operation site, think, negotiate logistic solution with service provider

・Improve P&L and B/S, especially Sales, maintain Berry ration of Margin, Maintain reasonable inventory level, increase cash flow potision.

・Reduce the Direct sales expenses, maximize to use Panasonic contracted rate for ocean freight, logistic cost, etc

・Utilize steel knowledge to expand Panasonic share of steel, currently majority still using 3rd party trading house

・Understand the process part development procedure for new biz.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓ Basic excel, immediately level is preferred( V-lookup)

✓ Good English, Mandarin, Malay communication skill ( Japanese is preferred) and great cross-culture communication skills

✓High energy with sense of urgency, able to work fast with accuracy

✓ Good planning and negotiation skills

✓ Over 5 years of steel biz, process part experience

✓ Trading experience is preferred
