・Reporting to Malaysia Chief Representative and lead day-to-day branch operations for
Industrial & Infrastructure and Defense & Aerospace business domains.

・Leading country high-level strategy development, establish vision & strategy for the
business segment, and demonstrate cross-functional leadership to define and execute the
vision and strategy in Malaysia (including market analysis, material development, and
presentation).

・Spearheading for CRM, maintaining strong relationships with multi-level stakeholders
across the broad spectrum including at C-suite level of conglomerates and Government
Linked Companies.

・Directing market analysis and identify gaps and niches and turn into new business
opportunities. This involves continual business prospecting, bidding, and maintaining high
volume pipeline management.

・Manage and mentor high performance team of product experts, coordinate communication
between business units, agents and customers

・Communicate with counterpart of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in Japan in Japanese

・Communicate with counterpart of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Asia Pacific in Singapore including reporting

・Manage staff

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCERequired

✓Has at least Engineer Bachelor’s Degree

✓Experienced (Has industry experience of at least 7 years in energy, oil & gas, railway, etc.)
